How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Italymo Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Italymo Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Italymo Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@italymo.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
